Cleanse Day 20
I started the day pretty upbeat but those lovely energetic children and the bike ride really sucked the juice out of me! I'm nackered, but nothing that a shower and glass of water cannot rejuvenate!
Well I have to admit I didn't feel that way around 3p.m. I thought I was going to faint!
So, How did I Survive?
I first had a 10 minute power nap and then I just talked myself into having more energy.
Not thinking about it really helps also. As Nike puts it: Just Do It!
I realized that 70% of the time when I feel tired it's because I was worried about it before hand but when I just go with the flow, I feel fine.
Two Lessons Learned
First lesson learned, be in the moment! If you anticipate that you will have a drop of energy of course it's going to happen because you planned it!
Second lesson learned, do a little positive visualization. A quote just popped into my head...you are what you eat but you also are what you think... so I'm going to focus on putting only good stuff up there!
